Satish Kaushik Death: Actor and filmmaker Satish Kaushik died on Wednesday in Delhi at the age of 66. The news of his death shocked the Hindi film industry and many people mourned his death. Satish was in Delhi when he suffered a heart attack during a road trip. His body will be brought to Mumbai on Thursday.
Bollywood actor and close friend of Satish Kaushik Anupam Kher confirmed his death. He told ABP News that the body of Satish Kaushik is currently kept at Fortis Hospital in Gurgaon. After the post-mortem, his body will be brought to his residence in Mumbai this afternoon and then his last rites will be performed here. Anupam Kher told that Satish Kaushik had gone to a farmhouse in Gurgaon to meet someone. While returning from the farmhouse, Satish Kaushik suffered a heart attack in the car and was then taken to Fortis Hospital in Gurgaon.
Satish Kaushik was born on 13 April 1956 in Mahendragarh, Haryana. He spent a lot of time in Delhi and learned the tricks of acting at the Bagh National School of Drama and Film and Television Institute, graduating from Kirori Mal College, Delhi in the year 1972. Talking about his family, he married Shashi Kaushik in the year 1985 and had two children. His son Shanu Kaushik had said goodbye to this world in 1996 at the age of just two. After this, the actor welcomed daughter Vanshika in the year 2012 through surrogacy.
Satish Kaushik made his acting debut in the year 1983 with the film Jaane Bhi Do Yaaron. Apart from this, he was a part of many hit films like ‘Mr India’ and Saajan Chale Sasural, Aunty Number One. Apart from acting, he also directed many hit films including Salman Khan’s Tere Naam, Kyunki, Hum Aapke Dil Mein Rehte Hain.
