  • Do not eat tamasic food while breaking the fast. Use only pure ghee in the food you prepare during fasting. It is said that radish, brinjal, fried food should never be eaten during fasting. This has a negative effect on health. Consuming citrus fruits after fasting can cause acidity problems.
